Nostalgic Towns
Nostalgic Towns is a 4-agent autonomous commerce system currently operating in production. The pipeline identifies defunct local businesses and cultural entities, validates them for trademark clearance at scale, and produces nostalgia merchandise without continuous human intervention.
A dedicated orchestrator manages routing logic, token budget enforcement, and parallel fail-fast validation across four specialized agents: Prospect (state-by-state cultural signal discovery via Reddit, eBay, newspaper archives, Facebook), Validate (cultural signal scoring + legal screening across USPTO TESS, CLC, and 50-state IP databases), Design (human gate — historic imagery sourcing, graphic recreation), and Produce & Ship (automated Shopify/Printful API fulfillment above quality threshold).
The system runs on local infrastructure via OpenClaw, an autonomous agent framework handling task routing, budget enforcement, and parallel validation across all four agents.

Pilot: Nostalgic Hammond
Nostalgic Hammond is the first production deployment. A live Shopify store generating revenue from tees, hats, and prints for Cave Tangi, Strawberry Stadium, the Hammond Tornadoes, and other vanished Louisiana institutions.
Every asset — from AI-generated product imagery to cinematic 9:16 campaign reels to the landing page itself — was produced through the system. The store is not a portfolio artifact. It's a running business with an autonomous agent backend.
